This is a varied role for a talented Test Analyst, to encompass both Project & BAU Software Test work, which will be utilised throughout the business. You will be working in unison with the project and team managers, as well as the software developers and testers, in writing software test plans for each of the work streams, prioritising workloads and carrying out manual testing- recording and raising defects. You will need transferable knowledge across all departments and be able to advocate new test technologies.

Essential Experience:
– Minimum 3 years commercial testing

At Meridian Business Support we have got a new client, who is a UK’s leading provider for PIP Disability Analyst. These roles will be Assessment Centre and Community Based.

The role will involve a combination of working in an assessment centre at your base location and travelling to homes of people that are to be assessed. This may cover a wide geographical region.

This role is in an area of the business undertaking medical assessments on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions. There is a team of health practitioners based throughout the UK undertaking face to face consultations in people’s homes or in assessment centres in order to produce a high quality report for the Department of Work and Pensions.

The Role

* To work to productivity and quality targets and standards agreed between AH and the DWP and to proactively seek and respond positively to feedback
* To analyse and interpret clinical information and medical evidence and provide a report in a professional and concise manner
* Undertake any ad hoc responsibilities related to service delivery or performance management, as requested by the Service Delivery Team Manager, Clinical Manager or Clinical Support Lead
* To carry out home consultations within the community or from an assessment centre to produce a report giving advice to the Department. This will involve travelling to various parts of the UK as business needs require

Person Specification

* Hold full unconditional registration with the NMC/HCPC as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic and have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification UK healthcare experience
* Possess a driving licence and have eligibility to drive in the UK
* IT literate, competent MS Office, Word and Excel skills
* Fluent English language skills, able to communicate with stakeholders on a day to day basis via telephone, email and face to face in a clear, caring, courteous and professional manner

The Billing team is an integral part of the business, and work closely with the Customer Relations, Provisioning and Accounts teams. The Billing team raises circa 80,000 invoices a year with a value in the region of 40m. The invoice processes are necessarily automated relying on data collection and upload rather than manual preparation.

The team is characterized by hard work, shared responsibility, supportive work environment and a healthy balance of professionalism and laughter.

Key areas of responsibility including
” Adding new products to customer accounts
” Building rate cards for calls / products
” Respond to queries from other departments
” Maintaining the integrity of customer records
” Investigating customer queries initially with the close support of the Billing Supervisor

The successful candidate will be naturally numerate, inquisitive and well organised with a desire to investigate anomalies. You must be self-motivated and see yourself as being able to work independently, taking responsibility for your own workload.

We are currently recruiting within our Great Bear IT team for 2 Systems Analysts. Working as part of a small and friendly Team based at Tattenhall, reporting directly to the Infrastructure Manager. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. The Systems Analyst will provide functional support to the business to expand and maintain capabilities in the area of system and application configuration.

Your challenge

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

– Analysis of business information.

– Maintaining applications that monitor and support the business and its infrastructure.

– Configuration and Administration of EDI Platform.

– Liaising directly with customers to gather, configure and test EDI connections.

– Troubleshooting and resolving issues within and beyond area of technical specialism.

– Sharepoint administration and basic development.

Key skills & experience

Our client is looking for a resource planning analyst for their contact centre in Leeds

Main Purpose

Responsible for meeting agreed resource plans at interval level that enable service delivery across the contact centres including external partners.

Key Areas

Creation and delivery of effective and innovative scheduling techniques that are consistent with industry standards and deliver cost effective and customer supportive operations.

Be a confident effective communicator at all levels within the business including external stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong capability within day to day decision making whilst being passionate for change and delivery within the business.

To develop and maintain excellent relationships with the operation and outsource partners to ensure that plans are delivered.

Own and deliver deviation reporting of activities across the contact centres.

Analyse data sets to produce effective schedules that deliver the resource plan.

Support the Resource Planning Manager in day to day and project activity.

Work collaboratively with planning colleagues.

Required to operate flexibly to meet business requirements.

Deputise for the Resource Planning Manager.

Impact with the Organisation

Directly impacts the customer experience and resource delivery within the contact centres and external partners on an hourly/daily basis.

Role holder will need to influence the Planning Managers, CSLs and Team Leaders in terms of resource planning and performance related discussions


You must have previous experience in a similar role.

A Commercial Analyst with fluency in German and English is urgently sought to help improve commercial performance and enhance the delivery of strategic goals and projects across the German markets for this international division of a major FTSE plc. Analysis of performance across key areas will focus on their digital marketing strategy with duties including:

You will support the marketing and analytics teams as they manager their channels, craft strategies and track performance across our media. You will analyse daily, weekly and monthly performance across all media inventory, including key campaigns.
