I am recruiting a Legal & Contract Manager for a specialist pharmaceutical business; this will be an in-house role and will reach all aspects of the business

Other responsibilities include:
Work with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Business Development, Project Management and other departments, as required on to lead the progression of legal, contract and insurance matter
Develop and negotiate legal terms with Sponsor, Sub-contractor, Supplier and others
To advise and support departments in light of any potential legal affairs
To take responsibility of negotiating property leases and developing contracts for construction works

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be legally qualified to degree level as a minimum and have at least 3 years post graduate experience in commercial law. The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment is key to the success of the Legal and Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and Legal Practice Course (LPC)
3 years post graduate experience in commercial law
Familiarity with commercial insurances
Good computer skills including word processing and the use of databases required
Previous Experience negotiating research contracts, Knowledge intellectual property, confidentiality and data protection principles

My client a leading manufacturing and expanding business who are market leaders in their industry are looking to add further head count to the existing design engineering department.

We are keen to speak with experienced proven design engineers with either a mechanical or electrical design engineering background. The role involves using a range of design engineering software packages to carry out adhoc duties as required to support the needs of the business.

About you

The successful candidate will have previous proven experience in design, drafting and final production of engineering drawings using Solidworks, AutoCAD or 3D CAD software for the creation of engineering drawings required for project implementation on an initial 2 to 3-month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking basic project ideas from design concept to producing detailed designs for equipment and systems.

You will be qualified to HND level or above in Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineering.

The successful Mechanical Design Engineer will join a small team of 4 working on a mix of activities, ranging from care and maintenance of existing product lines to design of new and innovative systems. In addition to the design of complex electro-mechanical systems, you will be provided with the opportunity to work on the design of injection moulded consumable plastics that is used in their machines.

Job Title: Contract Build Engineer – MS Server / VMWare

Day Rate: £300 to £350 per day
