Data Analyst (HR) with excellent Excel skills required for initial 4 month contract with my client in Oxford.

As data analyst this position is responsible for providing functional and analytical support to the Human Resources Management Systems Implementation Team (HRMS-IT). Also configuring and testing system changes, providing functional and technical assistance to HR-users.

Key Accountabilities

– Create data templates for use by HR Team and transform data for upload into supplier`s technical input spreadsheets.
– Work with the supplier and HRMS-IT and IT on system upgrades to ensure testing is complete before it is released to the business.
– Complete UAT testing and system enhancement testing.
– Provide HR Reporting and Analytics support to key stakeholders e.g. HRIS-IT, HR Team and IT Team.

– Respond to ad-hoc HR reporting requests and be the single point of contact for data and system queries.
