An exciting role for an ambitious, enthusiastic customer service / sales executive to cover a 12 month maternity contract, starting ASAP.

The role is 15 hours over THREE days only

The Role:

* Sales and engagement calls to new, existing and prospective members
* Meeting and exceeding all personal sales and engagement targets set
* Provide a high calibre of sales and customer service assistance, handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls and email support
* Ensure that all queries are dealt with within agreed response times to a high quality standard and provide support to other members of the team.
* Liaising with other departments internally to support project work where necessary
* The creation of relevant email communications required to engage target suppliers
* Feedback to customer project restraints etc. at regular intervals as set out in project plan

Requirements (ideally but not essential):

Confident in IT Systems in particular, proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM systems

* Experience working in different Internet browsers
* Professional, with efficient telephone manner
* Problem-solve thinking
* A diplomatic nature (patient but assertive)
* Proactive and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable with working in a small business environment where flexibility is required
* A good eye for detail (analytical), methodological and tenacious
* Multitasking with strong communication skills
* Great team player – have the ability to cooperate and work effectively with individuals in all departments at all levels

The Role:

Book customer cars in for repair/attention either by telephone or by way of personal visits. As a result of this, prepare job cards and files as necessary

Maintain a filing system for job cards, invoices and associated paperwork and provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer

On completion of the job, collect payment from the customer paying particular attention to banking/ security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies

Arrange the booking of courtesy cars for customer use

Our client is a Midlands based Training Provider Organisation who are passionate about Apprenticeships! They have a strong background in workplace learning and extensive experience.

They currently have a vacancy for a Part Time Assessor in the Harrogate area, to join them working in a home-based role (and with Apprentices in their local area)

We required someone who can assess Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading & Management.

It would also be beneficial (but not essential) if you could deliver in any other occupational areas, such as Cleaning, Retail, Warehousing and Higher Management (L5).

You would be expected to travel and cover: Harrogate and surrounding areas (up to 1.5 hours travel each way).
To be considered for this role, you must have a teaching qualification (minimum PTLLS), an assessing qualification (A1 etc) and experience of delivering apprenticeships. The role will also involve the teaching of functional skills. However, training can be given on this.

Having a Health & Safety / Safeguarding qualification would be advantageous.

As the Finance Manager you will prepare accurate and timely financial and management information, for the School entities in keeping with current financial standards and to support the Finance Bursar.

As the Finance Manager your main duties will be as follows:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
* Handling queries arising from the Nominal ledger
* Preparation of Latest Expected Results
* Preparation of a 5 year plan
* Improvements to Club financial controls procedures and systems
* Assisting the Club Manager with the annual budgeting process
* Assisting the Club Manager with capital expenditure forecasts
* Preparing the annual accounts and audit schedules; performing the audit
* Liaising with the auditors and HMRC
* Preparation of advanced fee quotations

* Support to the Finance Bursar as required
* Accurate tracking and forecasting of Scholarships and Bursaries

To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)

They are ideally looking for someone with a proven track record of working within a professional finance department, preparing accounts to full profit & loss and balance sheet.

You will be computer literate with an advanced knowledge of Excel
