Senior Stress (Piping) Engineer

As our reputation for proficient delivery of complex projects grows even stronger, we have a need for a Senior Mechanical Piping Engineer.

Job role:
As our Senior Stress (Piping) Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking the stress analysis of all piped systems within the project, with the following activities to be undertaken:

* Produce Stress Analysis Philosophy Document.
* Review all piped systems to determine stress critical line list.
* Undertake full analysis of stress critical lines using CAESAR II software.
* Produce stress reports in line with the site normal practice.
* Liaise with the piping designers and engineers to design appropriate support systems.
* Provide advice and guidance to piping designers and engineers on all things stress related.

The Project:
As a member of the project team you will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants.

Your Background:
You will need to have good experience of piping stress analysis working within a highly regulated industry, ideally within the nuclear industry.
Also, you’ll be fully conversant with UK Statutory Regulations and industry guides and standards relating to this discipline.
You will be familiar with the following packages CAESAR II, PDMS, Navisworks Freedom Viewer, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.).

Security clearance:

Customer Service Advisor – £18,000 base + Annual Bonus (up to 15%)

Office hours: Monday – Friday shifts of 8am -4pm / 9am – 5pm / 10am – 6pm. One Saturday per month 9am – 1pm with time off in leiu during the week.

Part Time Customer Service Advisor (Evenings and Weekends) – Birchwood – £7.50 – £9.24 per hour – Ongoing Temporary Role with a view to go permanent:

The role:

This is an on-going temporary position starting on Mon 24th July 2017 in Birchwood, Warrington. As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator. This role is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service skills further. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

* You will be responsible for taking inbound emergency calls from businesses and residential homes to resolve faults relating to their electricity supply

* Logging all details accurately in the in-house system
* Liaising with engineers to visit properties to investigate electrical faults
* Dealing with emergencies and prioritising workload
* Thinking on your feet and using effective questions in order to retrieve accurate details from the caller

The shifts are 16/20/24 hours per week between the hours of 4pm – Midnight 2, 3 or 4 evenings per week (Mon – Fri) and an 8 hour shift on a Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 7am and Midnight.

Training hours are full time: Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm, so you must be able to commit to this training.

Pay is £7.50 per hour and increases to £9.24 per hour after 12 weeks. You will also receive shift allowance of £40 per month.

For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

* Ideally phone based customer service experience
* Prefer to have some utilities experience
* Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* A passion for customer service
* Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
