Experienced Support Worker required urgently for 2:1 support in Dagenham.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience, fully enhanced DBS check (update service would be preferred but not essential), experience with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour and personal care.

Applicants who are successful will be required to work within a Residential service alongside other professionals and teams to support this customer.

Your daily duties as a Support Worker will include supporting a young male service user with Autism and Emotional & Behavioural Needs on a 2:1 basis including prompting personal care, support with basic hygiene, prompting medication and daily activities of their choice.

This is a potential temp to perm role. You will receive a weekly ongoing rota, shifts will be long days, waking nights and will include some sleep overs & weekends, so it is essential the right candidate can be flexible.

Pay rate starts from £8.00p/h. The pay rate can be negotiated once you go perm should you be successful.
